  • The complementarity of the grape varieties creates the complexity of this vintage produced on a clay-siliceous terroir rich in large rolled pebbles.

  • The wine is aged for 6 months in vats on fine lees, without added sulphur, before bottling, without filtration, at the end of the winter following the harvest.

  • This young wine sublimates aromas of ripe fruits, pineapple and white peach. The mouth is round and delicious, enhanced by a delicate pearly sensation due to the carbon dioxide from the fermentation which brings an astonishing freshness.

  • This wine is designed for bistronomy. Ideal on its own as an aperitif, it will brilliantly accompany tapas, seafood and Basque charcuterie.
