The complementarity of the grape varieties creates the complexity of this vintage produced on a clay-siliceous terroir rich in large rolled pebbles.

The wine is aged for 6 months in vats on fine lees, without added sulphur, before bottling, without filtration, at the end of the winter following the harvest.

This young wine sublimates aromas of ripe fruits, pineapple and white peach. The mouth is round and delicious, enhanced by a delicate pearly sensation due to the carbon dioxide from the fermentation which brings an astonishing freshness.

This wine is designed for bistronomy. Ideal on its own as an aperitif, it will brilliantly accompany tapas, seafood and Basque charcuterie.
