• The white grape varieties Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng are grown in the coolest areas of the estate. The touch of acidity, minerality, low sugar content and hints of exotic fruits make it possible to obtain a dry white wine that is both subtle and well balanced.

• A very particular terroir of large rolled pebbles and gravelly clay.

• A south-facing hillside exposure which takes full advantage of the very special climate of the Pyrenean foothills.

• Aged for 8 months in barrels.

• A powerful white wine offering a bouquet of exotic fruits, white flowers and citrus fruits, enhanced with delicate vanilla notes on the palate.

• The perfect wine for aperitifs, seafood, smoked salmon, and fish terrines.
