Tanat 55% Cabernet Franc 45%

 

• A vintage where the tannat is rounded off by a blend of Cabernet Franc.

• A very particular terroir of large rolled pebbles and gravelly clay.

• A south-facing hillside exposure which takes full advantage of the very special climate of the Pyrenean foothills.

• Aged for 24 to 36 months in tuns and barrels.

• The Cuvée Signature has a complex nose with notes of wild berries. A great freshness in the mouth with a velvety finish .

• The Cuvée Signature works wonders on duck breasts and confits, red meats, and, of course, sheep's cheese.
