This vintage is produced on a clay-siliceous terroir rich in large pebbles rolled by the oldest vines on the estate.

It is aged for around 12 months in oak barrels.

The nose expresses the finesse of the aromatic palette, mixing, depending on the vintage, white flowers, lime, eucalyptus, or exotic fruits and citrus fruits. The palate, with a harmonious structure, expresses a silky, deep and persistent frame where the aromas are 'expressed with intensity, carried by the minerality of the wine.

This wine, made for the table and good meals, will happily accompany veal blanquettes, poultry in cream, pork tenderloin, but also fish in sauce, and a good number of cheeses, for example tommes goat cheese and Comté.
