  • This vintage is produced on a clay-siliceous terroir rich in large pebbles rolled by the oldest vines on the estate.

  • It is aged for around 12 months in oak barrels.

  • The nose expresses the finesse of the aromatic palette, mixing, depending on the vintage, white flowers, lime, eucalyptus, or exotic fruits and citrus fruits. The palate, with a harmonious structure, expresses a silky, deep and persistent frame where the aromas are 'expressed with intensity, carried by the minerality of the wine.

  • This wine, made for the table and good meals, will happily accompany veal blanquettes, poultry in cream, pork tenderloin, but also fish in sauce, and a good number of cheeses, for example tommes goat cheese and Comté.
